Family Therapy with Meghan Delaney, LMFT

Families are complex systems where each person impacts and is impacted by the others. Family therapy focuses on understanding these relationships, improving communication, and creating healthier patterns of connection.

I have experience supporting families navigating:

  • Parenting challenges

  • Divorce and co-parenting

  • Family transitions

  • Trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Attachment concerns

  • Behavioral concerns

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Changing family roles and dynamics

Whenever possible, I encourage family members to participate in therapy because lasting change often happens when the larger system is supported. At times, individual sessions within the family context may also be helpful.
